1. Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of users while using the iGrow platform to ensure a safe and seamless learning environment.

2. Registration and Use:

  • Users must provide accurate information during registration.
  • The user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
  • iGrow reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate policies.

3. User Obligations:

All users must:

  • Use the platform strictly for educational purposes.
  • Avoid any illegal or abusive activities.
  • Comply with Saudi laws related to electronic services.

4. Payment and Refund Policy:

1. Payment Methods:

We accept payments via:

  • Credit and debit cards.
  • Bank transfers.
  • Payment gateways such as STC Pay.

2. Refund Policy:

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase according to the platform’s policy.

  • If a session is canceled by the instructor, the student is entitled to a full refund.
  • If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before its scheduled time, a refund may not be available.

5. Dispute Resolution Between Students and Instructors:

  • iGrow encourages disputes to be resolved amicably between parties.
  • If no agreement is reached, a complaint can be submitted to the iGrow support team for review.
  • iGrow reserves the right to take appropriate action against accounts with repeated disputes.

6. Platform Usage Rights:

  • Accounts are personal and cannot be shared with others.
  • Using the platform for unauthorized commercial or non-educational activities is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Laws:

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • In case of disputes, resolution will be through Saudi judicial authorities or arbitration under local regulations.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these terms to improve our services. Users will be notified of any major changes.
